Three key steps are implemented to help you become part of BNP Paribas Real Estate, with additional international training if your role so requires.
◾All new local and corporate BNP Paribas Real Estate employees receive a welcome pack and company booklet when they first join the company, and then attend a French or International integration seminar.
◾After six months or a year with the company, your integration is validated and career development procedures implemented.
◾Tailored training is provided to enhance your ability to exceed expectations in your position and environment: business seminars, risk awareness workshops, corporate values and management training, etc.
The integration of new employees is a top priority for BNP Paribas Real Estate, equipping them to follow a successful career within the company. All employees are invited to attend an integration seminar when they first join the company, enabling them to learn more about the company's strategy and values, understand its history and business scope, and meet colleagues from different departments and regions of France. An additional integration seminar is organised by each business area, to enhance employee understanding of and specific expertise in each domain. New employees are also given a range of literature to facilitate their integration. Lastly, the HR Department organises appraisal meetings with each employee to support them as they find their feet within the company.
