BNP Paribas Real Estate targeted Krispy Kreme as a potential tenant for a vacant former ‘public house’ premises situated in an external location at Ireland’s largest shopping and leisure destination. Krispy Kreme agreed with our assessment that it would be an ideal entry point for them into the Irish market and the new store opening turned out to be the most successful ever across their entire Irish portfolio. BNP Paribas Real Estate have now also leased the second Krispy Kreme in Ireland where they are due to open later this year at the Hines / Peterson development at Central Plaza in Dublin City Centre.
