BNP Paribas Real Estate advised our client, an Irish institutional property fund, in a lease renewal at 67/68 Grafton Street on Irelands premier high street shopping location. The premises with 535 sq m of retail space over three trading levels, was held by Hugo Boss under an original 35 year lease and which expired in mid-2020. We successfully engaged with the tenant and secured a new lease for a term of 10 years at an annual rent of €630,000.
