BNP Paribas Real Estate advised our client, an Irish institutional property fund, in a new letting at 22/23 Henry Street, the only new letting on Henry Street in 2020. The property with 330 sq m of retail space over 2 trading levels was occupied by Pull & Bear where the lease expired in late 2020 and who had decided to relocate to a larger nearby premises. We secured a seamless new letting to Vodafone for their first ever ‘Experience’ store in Ireland at a rent of €450,000 on a new lease for a term of 10 years.
