BNPPRE sold a residential apartment portfolio in a desirable South Dublin neighbourhood in Q2 2020.  LRC emerged as the purchaser after a competitive marketing process.

The portfolio was located across 2 sites and included 6 period properties incorporating 61 residential units and 3 commercial spaces. There was also significant potential to develop another 40+ apartments on an unutilised parcel of the site. With an annual rent roll of circa €1.1 million, the investor enjoyed a yield of 5.6% at the Guide Price of €18 million.
