BNPPRE acted for Sofidy on the purchase of Fleming Court in Dublin 4 (2,729 sq. m) – a 5 story modern multi let office block occupied by international tenants such as Signal Education, St James Place International and Sparkasse Bank Malta. The property was purchased from Arbdn for c €18m representing NIY c4.5%. The purchase represents the third significant office investment in the Irish market for Sofidy since July 2021 after previously acquiring76-78 Harcourt Street and Fitzwilliam Hall, both located in Dublin 2.
