Graduate Opportunities
Due to an increase in business and continued expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Surveyors interested in joining our Dublin team. Reporting to Senior Management, the ideal candidates will have a keen interest in Commercial Real Estate matters and will join a very busy commercial real estate consultancy.
Main responsibilities, according to the Business Line, will include but are not limited to:
Professional Services:
- Valuation engagements on all types of commercial property & land;
- L&T and related areas including rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations;
- Creating robust well considered valuations and reports;
Investment Business Line:
- Analysis of investment market in the context of quarterly updates, collection and analysis of market data from various international and local teams and other channels;
- Preparation of all support material required at Investment client meetings (presentation of our services, presentations of local market, proposals for collaboration and opportunities of investment);
Lettings & Sales:
- Working alongside Senior Management and Surveyors within the Office Agency and Industrial Agency departments with the valuation, appraisal and preparation of property details;
- Keeping up to date with market movements, trends, analysis and pricing in the market;
Property Management:
- Working alongside Senior Management and Property Managers within the Property Management Business Line.
- Hands on experience of management of commercial properties including Office Buildings, Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, Warehouse / Logistics and Mixed-use developments.
- Experience in all aspects of Property Management including budgeting, sub-lettings, rent collection, service charge administration, administration of insurance, tenant applications, health and safety and management of on-site resources
Additional responsibilities:
- Adhering and contributing to pre due diligence activities, in line with the Group Policies and Procedures;
- Undertaking personal developmental activities to broaden experience and knowledge, including CPD;
- Assisting in research and market intelligence activities;
- Qualifications and experience
- Educated to degree level;
- Committed to obtaining SCSI / RICS qualification;
- Some experience gained in a commercial real estate agency would be an advantage;
- Full clean driving licence – it may be necessary to own a car within 6 months from commencing employment;
Soft skills
- Ability to communicate and integrate effectively at all levels of the organisation;
- Possess strong technical skills and be proficient in the use of the Microsoft package including Word, Excel, Powerpoint Excel and Argus Investor;
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Excellent communications skills. It is an essential requirement of the role that the successful candidate is fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Excellent attention to detail;
Internship Opportunities
We currently have a number of Internship opportunities for third year students, Property Economics Degree Programme.
- The duration of the internship will be for approximately 13 to 15 weeks. The duration of which may be extended.
- The expected start date of the internship is January 2026. An earlier start date however could be accommodated.
