Q2 Dublin Office Market

Activity in the Central Business District (CBD) represented 80% of overall take up in Dublin. The CBD was notably boosted by newly delivered stock to the market.

The Dublin office leasing market returned to its pre-crisis peak of 2007 last year with take up of 360,000 sq.m. in the twelve-month period. Despite the highest take up ever recorded in Dublin last year, there was a 14% increase in take up H1 2018 (160,971 sq.m.) compared to H1 2017 (141,088 sq.m.).
