The Dublin office occupier market continues to perform well with total take-up for 2019 reaching 267,496 sq.m. While this is a softening relative to the record levels of take-up achieved in 2018, total take-up still remains well above the ten-year average.

The Dublin office occupier market continues to perform well with total take-up for 2019 reaching 267,496 sq.m. While this is a softening relative to the record levels of take-up achieved in 2018, total take-up still remains well above the ten-year average. Average lease lengths are declining however the average deal size remains in line with previous years. With more than 360,000 sq.m of office space due for delivery in 2020 and continued strong demand evident from both domestic and international occupiers the market is expected to remain buoyant throughout 2020.
